SHOPPING

Traditional shopping is kind of habit for some people. During the shopping, people have fun and activities. On the other hand,some people may have the experience of making purchases online, but there are still a number of people who are not familiar with online shopping. Online shopping emerged from few years ago as the new type of shopping. It attracted much attention from consumers. The internet if not only a great sourece but a very effective one. many people use the internet as a major source for their business. The most important factor is that there is no limitation of information on internet. The majority of consumers regard online shopping as a new option for their daily life. However, as two different shopping models, online shopping and traditional shopping both have their strengths to attract consumers to use their way to purchase items. They also have their limitations and disadvantages that can't occupy the whole market.According to my experiences, my favorite is traditional shopping. I can chat with friends and find out lots of surprises during the shopping time and one more reason, the most important is that i dont really trust internet which means i prefer to give money and get the stuff immediately. 

Finally

At last, after a whole "hell" semester, the finall class has approached. This term is a special term for me. First of all, my instructor is Michael Victor who had taught me in NCV college almost 1 year ago. I never wondered that i would met the same instructor in different college, but it happend. Secondly, i've learned a lot in this term as well as done a lot..lol. I was enjoyed in the class time and also in the group work. I and my peers discussed homework and newspaper article with Michael in the class and having lots of excellent time. I sincerely hope that my future class would be as well as this class. Finally, all good things must come to an end, there is only one class left on next Tuesday, that's what we end and have to be apart. I hope to pass this semester and have a happy ending as everyone does. So, lets pray together...and best wishes to all of you guys. See you guys in next semester, a new and higher level.

My Christmas Plan

Christmas has approached once again, the city, streets and every family house look a bit different from ususal. Christmas trees and a variety of decorations all remind everyone that this is time for ring out the old year and ring in the new year. For me, hanging out with friends in such a amazing holiday is a necessary. We have planned to go to downtown to experience if there are something specicial or different from last years.
This will be exciting for us because we'd better prepared since now or we might have no choices of restaurant. Also, after a ealiy dinner, we have to go back to a friend's home and having a party there. Because according to our experiences, the shoppers and malls even restaurants will closed very earliy on that day. God helps us for giving snow on that day...plz....because we'd like to have a snow fighting and make and snow man~~~
As usually, we won't sleep at that night because the next day ---Boxing Day! We are going to have a crazy shopping and..mumm..say good-bye to my wallet...                                                                                               the "snow pig"  we made 2 years ago  Also, for the New Year, i decide to have a home party in my house. because in Chinese tradition, the New Year eve suppose to be with families and friends. I will invite friends to my house and cooking Chinese food and have fun. Honestly, the New Year is great, but i dont really want to accept one thing which is ..i'm 1 year older. God plz save me...                                                                                                           

Plastic bags

Yesterday, I went to T&T supermarket. I found some thing interesting that the cashier asked me:" would you need a bag?" I said:" Yes, please." Then, it charged 5cents for those two plastic bags. I'm wondering, those plastic bags are "white pollutions", how come supermarkets are still using it and charges it. Whenever people go to the supermarket, they need to buy the necessary foods or commodities for their life. However, they need a lot of plastic bags to take these stuffs to go when they finish their shopping. A large amount of plastic bags are being supplied to the market every day. How to recycle these plastic bags becomes a big problem because it will take lots of places and spaces to put these bags. In addition, these plastic bags are hard to decay because of the material will take 50 to 1,000 years to decay. Therefore, using fewer plastic bags can fix this kind of problem and help people to reduce the impact to the environment. Another question has come into my mind, how much more worthier are environmental bags than plastic bags? As the environment is getting worse nowadays, people should notice that using fewer plastic bags is a way to protect the environment and reduce the impact to the environment. However, only government and some organizations do most jobs to protect the environment is not enough. As a result, i decided to buy a environmental bag instead of being charged by plastic bags. Say goodbye to those "white garbages"~~

Culture Mysteries

I've learned english for over half of my previous life and while i living in Vancouver, there are still many mysteries of the different culture to me. First of all, I don't really understand the "emergency situation" here which means: why every time there's someone calls 911, ambulances, fire brigade wagon and prowl car will all go into actions. Sometimes there is just a case of small car accident or someone lost a dog. However, when there's a real accident like a fire or break into, police car will always be late. I know this is called "respect to life" but sometimes i just feel like they are wasting resources. Secondly, Canada has perfect social system and devote itself to serve better living standard to citizens in this country. My question is : why going to a clinic takes such a long time to line up? In my opinion, whenever someone is sick, buying some medicines from the shop and cure yourself at home is the best way. So long as your situation is not that serious, never go to a hospital! And where does our MSP fee use for? Only in case of someone is dying? I have no idea. Thirdly, why government shut down the Mental Hospital? That makes all those people who has mental problem distribute in every corners of this city. Is this government really poor so that they can not even run on a hospital? They spend huge amount of money on arranging for those people, only for their food and drugs..but not taking care of their treatment. Is this the real "respect to life"? Moreover, Canada is an immigrantion country, many kinds of people from each part of the world are living here. Why some of the native people here still have racialism? A lot of people who immmigrante in this country have contrubuted to the society but still be discriminated. Finally, the most "mystery" for me is that: Some of the polic man always hide in the corner and catches drivers with only over 1km speeding and some tiny things. Who is going to take care of the gang? Who is going to catch those criminal? Who is response for the drug deal? Who should stop those gun fight? I'm so curious of their functions. That's the reason of civillians' wage are lower and lower but polic man, the highest of them get over 100,000 every year.

My favourite place --- Banff

Last year on september, i went to Banff with all my roomates. In fact, I was looking forward to go to Rocky Mountain at that time. Also, Rocky Mountain is the name kept in my brain for a lot of years, it is my dream place.That's the only reason of my trip.  It wasn't a very long distance from Vancouver to Banff but still remains over 1000 kms away. We decided to drive there as a getaway because we didn't want to lose any beautiful views along the road. The day we set out was a shinning day, everything looked great for the trip. So, here is the dream began.

Banff is the larger of the two towns in Banff National Park, nestled in the mountains. All the driveway to there are hidding in forests and mountains, fresh air, greens surrounded and white mountain hiding in plain sight, like drive directly into the paradise. I was shocked by such a nice view which i had never met.

During the road, i suprisely noticed that EA Games company uses many views from there and uses them in there car racing game " Need For Speed", which i had played when i was a high school student. Wow..."i love this trip" said in my mind because i felt like that i was the driver in the game. Thank god for offering me this kind of experiences. lollllllll....

All the views are like in the pictures or movies. I couldn't help myself once and once again enjoying in the nature and taking pictures. As a result, an 8 hours driving became 12 hours, until we finally decided take a rest in Golden. After dinner, we got out of the motel  and wanted to take a look at the downtown of Golden but finally disappointed found it just like a empty city after 7:00 p.m. What a embarrassed!

The next day, we visited the "Legend" ---- "Columbia Icefield"

After all, we arrived our destination finally. Banff, a small town, a vacationland and a place where always appear in my dream.

It is really a small town, isn't it? However, this is the town famous and attracts tourisms come here from all over the world. Regards!

The small town is beautiful, incredialbe clean and pure, i love it indeed. Now, i'm planning to go Banff again. Hopefully, next time there are some extra surprises i can see.

The Effect Coming to Canada Had on Me

Two years! I have been Canada for two years. Before i came here, i was a blindfold boy who had just graduated from a college, played in clubs and video games all the time but no any careers. Ridiculously, those kind of awful life didn't even catch my attention to think of myself and my future. Utill i arrived here, everything changed. Firstly, I start to get up before 8 a.m everyday, play video game less and less, never show up in any Vancouver's club. I realized that there are still a lot of things i have to learn, otherwise, i'm wasting my life not only in China but anywhere. Moreover,  I pay attention on my life here and found the advantages of positive lifestyle. I still remember how relax and enjoyable the first day of Canada is. North Vancouver's air was so fresh and intoxicated me. Beautiful views, friendly people and developed cities attracted me to enjoy my life in a positive way. I felt like the environment had affected my life to be different, to be a peaceful and organized. Furthermore, with the long time longly life here, my temper has changed a little. I'm nolonger the irascible boy who is covered by parents, I control my temper easily and treat things calm. I control my expenses and think of economization. Canada is one of the most important places to me because i spend my youth here and learned a lot of things from here. Those effects on me will always be memorized by me and never disappear.

Almost Forget to Say Hi~~~

    Hi, everyone~! I almost forgot to say hi to you and introduce myself in this new blog, my bad~~lol...Anyway, i'm a Shanghai boy and almost 25years old. In my country-- China, 25 years old means...um...i'm really old, old enough to get married and even have my own child..- -! But, i'm here-- Canada, so those problems are not my concern~~actually, i'm not expecting marriage. I'm interest in cars, musics, travellings etc. I still remember the first moment when i walked out of  Vancouver Airport, there were 3 limos out there..."oh, my god" i yield in my mind...and 30 seconds later, i realized that those limos were not there to pick me up. After that, a bunch of nice cars appeared in my vision, also, they were not there to pick me up neither, but i was happy, because i love this country~~! I love a country which is full of nice cars!

Also, i love a country with amazing views. Here it is, Vancouver, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, travellers' paradise. Driving with favourite music, integrate into the great views here, that's the way i like to live.

Driving in China and Canada

    I have been Canada over almost two years, there is one thing that i have noticed the differences between China and Canada-- driving. In China, basically, pedestrian is not protected carefully by rules. Most of drivers in China don't stop and let pedestrain pass first. Oppositely, pedestrain waits for cars are all gone and cross the street then. It is interesting to me because sometimes i'm confused :" should i let the pedestrain go first or i'll go first?" Also, driving in China is a really hard thing because you will "submerge in car sea" if you hesitate. However, driving in Canada is not as easy as i imaged. Drivers should obey many rules such as STOP SIGN, SPEED LIMITED SIGN, and even CONSTRUCTION SIGN which are hidden or coverd by leaves; be followed by a prowl car and driving on rough road conditions. In my opinion, driving in China is a challenge of skills, but driving in Canada is a test of careness and traffic rules. Nevertheless, one of the most enjoyable things in Canada is driving out of town and integrate into natural, Canada is full of those great views.

Friends

    Friends are one of the most important parts of everyone's life. We started to make friends with others since very young. However, friends are all different types. First of all, lots of our friends are from school.

We spent a lot of time at school and went through our childhood with them. Those friends would be friends forever, because we know each other very well and growing up together. Then, some of our friends might just came into your life and never disappear again. They become a important part of our life and help each other, actually, they are more like familly member. We always make a conversation, communite worries or help each other. Last, most of our friends might be just transient guest. They show up in our life for a period and disappear then. Whether or no, they are friends, no matter you remember or not. Friends are the gift from god, it it a favour to meet them in our life.
